The Flag of Company A 5th Wisconsin Volunteer Regiment by Armond Keuter  Among the hundreds of valuable artifacts in the collections of the Manitowoc County Historical Society, one stands out as altogether unique, not so much because of what it is, but because of what it represents in the annals of local history.
